How do we do it?
Our state-of-the-art facility houses the entire production line, from wire drawing and cutting to heading, threading, forging/heat treatment, plating, and final packing. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality control at every stage.
The wire
Our commitment to quality starts with the very foundation – the wire. We source high-grade, brand-new wire directly from JSW or Tata Steel.
Heading
The wire is shaped and formed into the head of the screw using high-pressure machinery.
Thread Rolling
The screw's threads are precisely formed by rolling dies under extreme pressure.
Heat process
Screws undergo heat treatment to enhance their strength and durability (depending on the specific screw type).
Surface
A coating, like zinc or nickel, is applied for corrosion resistance and a polished finish (depending on the screw type).
Inspection
Every screw undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets the dimensional and performance standards.
Packaging
The finished screws are sorted, packaged according to size and quantity, and prepared for shipment.
